Choreography of Culture Change

Prime yourself to choreograph and lead the 'dance' of Culture Change. Open up to deep self-awareness as you grow with others. You will come away with the confidence of a mature 'dancer'. You'll gain the knowledge needed to think through organizational change; and the skills necessary to design and facilitate change processes. Prepare yourself for a dramatic experience that will change your life as a facilitator of deep culture change. Come empty handed, leave with a box of tools you will be proficient at using including handouts, curricula, video, DVD and textbook!

As participants, you will have the opportunity to learn, to practice skills at nearby facilities, to be videotaped in order to review and discuss your work with each other. As a result you will benefit from this training whether you are a 'newbie', or a mature trainer. It will meet your needs whether you are knowledgeable about culture change and want to learn how to help others; or whether you are a skilled facilitator just learning the content of culture change for your changing organization. This intense session will bring you the opportunity for new friends and a support network for the development of your facilitation skills.

The session begins Sunday afternoon and continues until Thursday at Noon. The fee includes tuition, materials, videotapes, written recommendations, lunch each day and a casual meal on Sunday evening. Information on our reasonably-priced hotel nearby will be provided in the registration confirmation email. Class sizes for these sessions are limited to a small number of participants, so sign up early to guarantee yourself a spot.

This educational offering has been reviewed by the National Continuing Education Review Service (NCERS) of the National Association of Boards of Examiners of Long Term Care Administrators (NAB) and approved for 27.5 clock hours and 27.5 participant hours.

PLEASE NOTE OUR CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations must be requested at least two weeks prior to the workshop if a refund is expected. No refunds will be issued after that point. All refunds are subject to a 20% processing fee.

If you wish to transfer your registration to another session, you may do so at no charge, but we must know as early as possible so we can fill your seat.

Transfers or cancellations with refund request in the last two weeks before the session are only granted if an annual state survey is in progress at your facility. Substitutions (sending a different person to the session in your place) are always accepted at no charge.
