What does your organization do?
I provide Life Coaching on motivating individuals to achieve fitness goals along with overall health goals. I also provide coaching on how to eat a Raw Foods Plant based diet for nutritional benefits. I am the sole proprietor for Good 4 U Life Coaching. My clients have individualized coaching programs from me directly.
What are the goals for your organization?
My goal is to transition my coaching practise from part time to full time in the next few years.

Best friends and business partners, Tom Jansen and Amanda Buhse started Coal and Canary in 2014 over a glass of wine and an idea. They now sell their handmade candles online, at markets and are in over 200 retail stores in 3 countries and have opened their own store in Winnipeg. The pair found a gap in the market for high-quality, handmade candles and jumped on it. What started as a side project is now a full time job for the two. Having had their candles featured in Oscar and Grammy swag bags and with their hard work and dedication, they have experienced a quick rise to success. Hear about their journey and love for candles.
