Summer camp inspires a more positive outlook, builds independence, improves self-care, and forges lifelong friendships that support kids with diabetes as they become adults with diabetes. Camp is more than a summer lark or a way to pass the time for kids with type 1 diabetes. Camp is a life-changer. Camp is a life-sustainer.
