MARCH WORSHIP INFORMATION - Pastor Eltje Brunemeyer
ASH WEDNESDAY March 6, 2019 at 7:00PM
Ash Wednesday is the beginning of Lent, a time to prepare for Easter.
We begin this season by acknowledging our need for repentance and for the mercy and forgiveness proclaimed in the gospel of Jesus Christ.
We begin our Lenten journey with the sign of ashes. This ancient sign speaks of the frailty and uncertainty of human life, calls us to heartfelt repentance, and urges us to place our hope in God alone.
