Dear Concord Hill Families,

 

With the unexpected resignation of James as our Head of School, the Board of Trustees understands that there may be some questions from the parent community. As such, we would like to host the following Q&A sessions by grade in order to allow open communication.

 

On Monday, February 19, members of the Board of Trustees will be available at Concord Hill School to lead conversations and hear any comments from our community. Given that Monday, February 19, is President's Day--and CHS is not in session--complimentary childcare will be provided during each meeting. The schedule is as follows:  

 

MONDAY, FEBRUARY 19:

Kindergarten Families	2:30 PM-3:15 PM
Preprimary & Primary Families	3:45 PM-4:30 PM
Grade 2 & 3 Families	5:00 PM-5:45 PM
Grade 1 Families	6:00 PM-6:45 PM

We recognize that many families in our community may be out of town for the holiday weekend, or unable to attend. For those who cannot make their  class  session on February 19,  there will be two general sessions held on  Tuesday, February 20, at 8:00 AM  and  7:00 PM.  Both will take place at CHS.
