@ Coffee Hour - Sign up to be a Good Will Ambassador
We are looking for volunteers to serve as ushers and to be good will ambassadors at the November 3 Brooklyn Youth Chorus Concert at Plymouth. Sadie Horton and Grace Faison will be at coffee hour to sign up anyone who is interested in helping. For those who can’t sign up in person you can email Sadie Horton.

There will be a pre-concert meeting with refreshments hosted by Grace on Thursday, October 18 @ 3-5 pm, at the solarium of 1 Pierrepont Street. Staff from the Chorus will be on hand to share with the volunteers more details on the concert and provide publicity materials to help spread the word.

October Mission Offering | Fighting Hunger in Malawi
At the close of worship last Sunday, Plymouth Church shared what we have. People emptied their wallets, wrote checks, texted gifts, scribbled IOUs and cared for hungry people.  Our goal for World Hunger Sunday was $5,000. So far we have given $7,315.

You can be part of this important project.  We will continue to receive world hunger gifts the next two Sundays during worship. You can also make a gift online or text PLYMOUTH Hunger and the gift amount to 73256.

About 2.8 million people are experiencing hunger in Malawi due to the devastating effects climate change has had on harvests over the past decade.

Plymouth Church is partnering with Heifer International’s Sustainable Agriculture Lead Farmer Program to help 24,000 smallholder farmers, half of whom are women, in Lilongwe, Malawi to combat hunger. Learn more here.

Help us fight extreme hunger in Malawi.
