2018 IREM MARYLAND HOLIDAY PARTY
On Thursday, December 13, Members and Industry Partners of IREM Maryland Chapter celebrated 2018 together at Top of the World, World Trade Center Baltimore.

Immediate Past President Amy Natoli officially passed the gavel to 2019 President Alex Krone, as Alex and the rest of the Maryland Chapter's officers and Executive Council were sworn in by Region 3 Vice President Toni Harris.



It was also a special celebration for two members who received their ARM ® designation.

We are fortunate to once again have the opportunity to hear  Leonard Frenkil, Jr. CPM® , Past Chapter President, IREM Instructor and IREM MPSA Grader present to our a spiring CPM ® 's.

Please join us in welcoming the newest member of our extended IREM family!  Owen Michael Waskey was born on 12/3/18 at 10 lbs., 2 oz. and  22" long.  
Looks like professional linebacker may be in this child's future! 
Chad, Mommy and big sister Harper are all doing well, just adjusting to being a family of four!  The next time you see Chad (he's planning to attend the CPM® Candidates luncheon in January) please congratulate him.
