Orthopedic Health Seminar

Join us for an Orthopedic Health Seminar! We will be joined by Dr. Chad Zehms and Dr. George Sutherland, Sports Medicine Orthopedic Surgeons with Optim Orthopedics in Bluffton and Hilton Head.

Attendees will be educated on orthopedic health, injury prevention, and treatments. Event seating is limited to the first 124 Sea Pines Property Owners on a first come, first serve basis.

Updates From The Sea Pines CSA

Maintenance Department

Tree Work on Plantation Drive

Location: Plantation Drive between Greenwood Dr. and Lighthouse Rd. and adjacent leisure trail
Work hours: 7:30 AM and 5:00 PM.
Slight traffic delays, and flagmen will be present. Use caution in the work zone.

Tentative schedule, weather permitting is as follows:

Monday 3/4- Start tree work on leisure trail
Tuesday 3/5- Start work on roadway
Wednesday 3/6- Continue work on roadway
Thursday 3/7- Finish roadway work

Tree Work at Beach Walks

Tree trimming will occur on the beach walks beginning Monday, March 4 ^th . This work will be performed by Jones Brother and the working hours will be between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

The work will start on beach walk 47, working toward beach walk 39 with a goal of completion by end of week (weather permitting).

During this project, the beach walks will be open, however, there will be active tree work in progress, so please use caution in these areas. The contractor will have groundsmen working on the ground that will help secure the area from pedestrians as trimming is taking place.

Lawton Canal Bridge Has a Fresh New Look

The Lawton Canal Bridge which provides pedestrian and bicycle access to the leisure trail system was past its usable life and was in need of replacement. CSA is pleased to announce that the bridge has been fully reconstructed and the replacement is completed.

Check out some photos of the work in progress. Thank you to all for your patience as we made this important infrastructure replacement for the Sea Pines community.

Quarterly Flower Change-out Planned

Our quarterly flower rotations are scheduled for the week of March 11 ^th . The flowers will be staged just to the east of the CSA Maintenance yard located at 4 Lawton Canal Road and are available for pick up by Sea Pines Property Owners on a first come, first serve.
