A Gift Of Hope

With your help... we are moving the needle.

The Ending Chronic Homelessness team and their Stakeholders have enthusiastically endorsed the community goal to effectively end chronic homelessness in Charlotte County by the end of 2020.

The Kids Thrive team has reduced the number of days that substance exposed babies stay in the NICU from 48 days down to an average of 14 days.  Seven babies alone did not need the NICU in the last two months.

Charlotte County Reads and Suncoast Campaign for Grade-Level Reading are helping raise the number of 3 rd graders reading at grade level from 64% to 69% this past year. We cannot leave one child behind.

Change doesn't happen alone and we need you. Please consider giving your gift of hope today. Now is the time to maximize your year-end giving donation.
