The 3 MMCFD unit uses innovative, patented, high-pressure separation to provide cost effective gas processing for well sites flaring from 3-12 MMCFD of gas. The units are housed on two skids in full arctic enclosures; providing reliable operations throughout the frigid North Dakota winter.
The units are installed and commissioned in less than a week while competitors units often take weeks or months to install. The units are operating for multiple Bakken producers and two units are currently operating in parallel on a single well site, processing 6 MMCFD of associated gas.
Brian Cebull, President and CEO said “The 3 MMCFD units provide a great addition to our fleet of equipment allowing us to economically service well pads with larger volumes of associated gas. The units are compact, modular and transportable; which is a strength of GTUIT across our entire fleet and they are designed to run at their nameplate capacity on high BTU Bakken gas. Our clients are assured a firm price for mobilization and demobilization, without any surprises.” Cebull went on to say, “with the increase in drilling in the Bakken and many energy producers implementing corporate emission reduction goals it is a great time to bring our new equipment to the industry. We can include oil tank vapor recovery units with flare capture to further reduce air emissions and increase NGL revenues. We build and commission units in as little as 12-14 weeks.”
