The Missing and Unidentified Persons Conference Service Award recognizes the extraordinary efforts and outstanding achievement of an individual (including federal, state, and local law enforcement, search and rescue, emergency/disaster services, criminal justice, victim assistance, or other allied professionals) from the public or
private sector whose exemplary efforts have advanced the field and contributed to the identification and return of missing persons.
