Eagle Bound 2020 takes place online and in-person

This year's Eagle Bound welcomed new students with a variety of online and in-person activities to better acquaint students with their new home on Reinhardt University's campus. From the Welcome Ceremony to kickball, there was lots of fun to be had this past weekend!

Alex Gomez overcame much in his life before moving to Georgia. He started his career at Chick-fil-A in 1998. Now, 22 years later, Gomez leads more than 100 employees as general manager. After earning his associate's degree, Gomez utilized the Chick-fil-A educational pathway partnership with Reinhardt University to earn his degree in Organizational Management and Leadership. ... For the past five years, the Reinhardt community has gathered together to raise funds that will support students from Cherokee County in pursuing higher education at Reinhardt University. Women's volleyball receives academic award

Reinhardt's Women's volleyball is the recipient of the 2020 United States Marine Corps. and American Volleyball Coach Association Team Academic Award. Despite uncertainties this year, the team maintained a 3.3 GPA average during the 2020-2021 academic year.
