President's Holiday Message

Warmest wishes for a joyous Christmas and a Happy New Year!

Year after year, I continue to be so thankful for being able to do what we do; which is serving the social service and nonprofit communities. What a true blessing it is to work with organizations who give back each and every day.

I would like to express my appreciation and sincere thanks to all our clients; those amazing individuals who live to serve others. It is a pleasure and an honor to partner in your mission of making the world a better place. I would also like to extend another thank you for spreading the word about Hawley & Associates. We had an outstanding year and your referrals made a real impact. We believe referrals are the ultimate compliment!

Finally, I stand in amazement at the creativity, perseverance and dedication of my team. The overwhelming feeling of 'pride' comes to mind when we continue to secure better programs and premiums for our clients. This commitment strengthens our core values and makes us a stronger and healthier company, year after year.

MINORITY VETERANS OF AMERICA

Founded in November 2017, the Minority Veterans of America (MVA) is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that was designed to change the narrative of the American military veteran.

The primary under-represented groups that MVA serves are: veterans of color, women, LGBTQ, and religious and non-religious minorities. They believe that through bringing these four minority groups together, we can build a veteran community that encompasses veterans from a wide range of diverse backgrounds and experiences.

Happy "Hawley" Days!

A Company Holiday Celebration

A company that plays together stays together!

Hawley & Associates had their annual holiday celebration and what a time it was! It was complete with an DYI ugly sweater contest, a Guess Who? game, a buffet and special music by a dynamic bluegrass trio (two members are Grammy nominated, one of which is the son of a Hawley team member!). It was a special evening!

2018 New York Marathon

Rick Hawley Runs for Gladney Center for Adoption - New York, NY

It 'runs' in the family! Rick Hawley, the older brother of Phil Hawley (our H&A President) proudly represented The Gladney Center for Adoption during the New York Marathon, held on November 4th, 2018.

Rick ran for Gladney in honor of Benjamin, his nephew who joined the family through adoption, and for the countless orphans of Uganda, some of whom he had an opportunity to meet and serve earlier this year.
