More than Two Dozen California City Officials Appointed to National League of Cities’ Federal Advocacy Committees Last week, the National League of Cities announced the appointment of 25 California local leaders to NLC’s 2019 Federal Advocacy Committees.

Call for Entries Now Open for Outstanding Local Streets Projects The Save California Streets Coalition has opened the nomination period for its annual Outstanding Local Streets and Roads Awards Program. Nominations due Jan. 11.

Call for Session Proposals for Two Key Educational Conferences The League is soliciting session proposals for two educational conferences, the 2019 Mayors and Council Members Executive Forum in June and the 2019 Annual Conference in October.
