Peace Hosts PADS May 29-30
Volunteers Needed!

May 29-30 will be the final chance to volunteer
to help the homeless at Peace as our current season ends. Opportunities include:
  • making beds
  • setting tables
  • preparing salads and dessert
  • serving dinner and washing dishes
  • monitor the site during the night as the guests sleep
  • make sack lunches for them to take when they leave for the day after receiving a hearty breakfast made by volunteers
  • Finally, on May 30, there is the chance to wash tables, clean the kitchen, sort laundry, wash and vacuum floors, clean the bathrooms early in the morning.
Does this sound like something you do every day? Believe me, it is more fun when it's not your house and you have a lot of people doing it together!  Come join the fun - No Experience Necessary.

VBS will be held June 17 - 21 from  9 am to Noon.
The cost is $25 per child.
VBS is filled with incredible faith-learning that is experienced through play, Bible stories/skits, songs and dance, crafts, games, snacks, and mission highlights. All these activities are designed to help kids' faith grow as they learn more about God's love for each of us. Kids who are in grade levels preschool to 7th grade are invited to come and have fun!
