DOES SERVSAFE® FULFILL THE FSMA TRAINING REQUIREMENTS?
Recently we've been asked whether the ServSafe® Certificate offered by the National Restaurant Association fulfills the annual training required by the Food Safety Modernization Act for food, beverage, and ingredient manufacturers. The answer is no. ServSafe®, however, does offer a great training certificate for those working in the food service side of the industry.
