Here's a Circle of 5ths Fun Fact Quiz!  What chord can you play in all keys with just one chord shape? The Diminished 7th Chord! Why? Because every interval in the chord is the same, a b3rd apart.(1-b3-b5-bb7). For Cdim7, for example, the notes are C-Eb-Gb-A. Of course, those notes also comprise the D#/Eb dim7th, F#/Gb dim 7th, and A dim7th chords. Check it out on the circle. You could say Dim7th chords are real squares!
