BillMax Billing Solutions Fourth Quarter 2018

BillMax 2018 Q4 is now available to upgrade. Access the new release in the customer download area to find the following improvements:

RADIUS Provisioning pages are included in the staff interface. Create RADIUS reply groups. Set up Network Access Servers and RADIUS servers. See Provisioning documentation for further details.
Upload scanned checks for easier processing. BillMax can also convert these checks to echecks for faster settlement if you have your customer's permission. We have implemented and tested with the Micrsafe model USB/KB part number 22551002. See here for all the ways that BillMax can process checks.
Tower Coverage registration is now available with in the customer portal. Complete details about Tower Coverage integration available here.
Speed improvements have been made on searching Accounts, Users, and Services.
