Our  NYC  client, a customizable  lifestyle accessories brand, is seeking two  Creative Assistants to be responsible for the customization and order fulfillment process. The ideal candidate will be creative, attentive to detail and efficient in this entrepreneurial role and environment. The office atmosphere is fun and fast-paced so the candidate must be willing to jump right in with the team. We expect the hourly rate to be  $15/hr.

Our NYC client, an architecture and design firm, is seeking a Studio Coordinator to provide direct administrative support to the Studio Director and Principals. The Coordinator will be the primary administrative/operational support for the studio. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience in an administrative support position, preferably in a professional service firm. We expect the salary to the $55K.

Our  NYC  client, a multi-media conglomerate, is seeking a  Freelance Executive Administrative Assistant  to support one EVP, and assist with overflow work from other admins on the team. This person will handle all administrative duties, assist with financial responsibilities associated with expense reports, as well as coordinate and facilitate meetings, schedules, travel and off-sites. The Executive Administrative Assistant is a proactive, independent, super organized, creative, energetic and motivated team member. We expect the salary to be  BOE.

ECOMMERCE & MERCHANDISE
Our  NYC  client, a fashion and home accessories company, is seeking a  Freelance Assistant Sales Planner (T-P) to assist two members of the Sales Executive team  with daily tasks and responsibilities including sales planning and preparation, analysis, and account management. The Assistant Sales Planner  will be exposed to various aspects of customer-facing activities with a career path to an Account Executive. We expect the salary to be  $40-$45K.

Our  NYC  client, a children's fashion brand, is seeking an  Ecommerce Merchandise Planner  
with 3 years of experience to join their team. The Planner will partner with the sales/operations team to develop and execute against strategic sales and inventory plans that tie to overall financial targets. They will plan, analyze, and continually improve digital direct business across all categories and channels. The ideal candidate must have exceptional problem-solving skills and support the team with creative, innovative ideas while being solutions oriented. We expect the salary to be $65K+.

Our  NYC  client, a footwear company, is seeking an  Ecommerce Marketplace Specialist (T-P)  to be responsible for site operations, merchandise assortment, merchandising, online marketing and promotions, reporting and brand site maintenance. The Specialist will work with agency partners and in-house team to manage and oversee the business. This position will collaborate closely with the ecommerce team to execute a new marketplace (Amazon) initiative for the brand, as well as looking at opportunities to meet and exceed the needs of the customer and revenue goals. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of ecommerce experience, preferably in marketplace and fashion. We expect the hourly rate to be  $25-28/hr.

Our NYC client, a fashion and home accessories company, is seeking a Brand Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will understand cost and price margins, have customer facing experience, and is comfortable presenting to buyers. The candidate must have PLM, costing experience, and advanced excel skills - including V-lookups and Pivot tables. We expect the salary to be $70-$80K.

DESIGN
Our NYC client, a fashion company, is seeking a Freelance Design Assistant to work with the Cold Weather team. The Design Assistant will assist with setting up tech packs, creating color cads, and design line sheets. The ideal candidate must have experience with computer sketching, Adobe, Photoshop and Illustrator. We expect this assignment to last about 4 months at an hourly rate of $16-18/hr.

OPERATIONS & HR
Our  NYC  client, a high-end fashion brand, is seeking a  Human Resources Clerk  to be r esponsible for maintaining the company's records, including codes, files and the creation of spreadsheets to track and log all employee records. This  position is part-time and requires 24 hours a week - free to choose your own schedule. This is an on-going role and we expect the hourly rate to be  $15-16/hr.

Our  NYC  client, a footwear company, is seeking a  Customer Care Rep  (T-P)
to provide prompt and friendly customer support via phone, chat, email on issues ranging from simple to complex. The ideal candidate will have a background in fashion, and preferably at least 1 year of experience, especially with Magento, Zendesk, telephone, and chat support. We expect the hourly rate to be  $18-20/hr and the full time salary of  $70-75K.

PR
Our  NYC  client, a fashion-focused media agency, is seeking a  PR Account Executive to primarily focus on the Editorial realms of Fashion PR, as well as Influencer, Celebrity & Administrative support. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 2-4 years of fashion PR experience, including internships, and possess  strong relationships with editors (print, digital & freelance) & stylists with experience building and maintaining relationships. The AE must be  passionate about pop culture and social media, and  loves networking and meeting new people. We expect the salary to be  $45K.

Our NYC client, a public relations firm, is seeking a Senior Account Executive to support multiple accounts. The Senior Account Executive will handle account management such as proactive and reactive media relations; client service, creative writing (press releases, media alerts), building and managing lists of media, bloggers and influencers, public relations strategy and creative brainstorming. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience, strong media contacts, and MUST have worked within the spirits industry. Knowledge of sports and men's outlets is a bonus. We expect the salary to BOE.

RETAIL
Our client, a luxury retail brand, is seeking a Freelance Sales Support Associate to join their team starting as soon as possible in their Miami, Florida store! We expect this position to be full time (40 hours a week). The ideal candidate will have contemporary or luxury experience, and a strong understanding of the fact paced environment of retail. The perfect fit will be eager, bubbly, confident, and high energy. This person must be conversational in Spanish. We expect this assignment to last through February.

Our client, a surf and lifestyle brand, is seeking a Store Manager for their Delray Beach, Florida store location. The Manager duties would include training and creating staff schedules, as well as supervising store functions. This person would also act as a Sales Rep, receiving 10% of commission on wholesale accounts. This is a hybrid role and the candidate must be local to the store location. We expect the salary to be BOE, plus commission.

SALES
Our  NYC  client, a customizable accessories brand, is seeking an  Account Executive  to support the growing business. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of experience working with specialty boutiques and customers, such as Nordstrom, Saks, Bergdorf, Shopbop, Everafter, etc. EDI experience is preferred. We expect the salary to be  $45-55K , based on experience.

WELLNESS
Our NYC client, a boutique fitness studio based in DUMBO, is looking for a  Studio Manager  to work 5 days a week (including 1 weekend day). This person will not only manage the studio, but have the opportunity to create a community, think events, partnerships, sponsorships, and fostering a vibe within the overall neighborhood. The salary will be negotiable, as well as a chance for equity in the brand itself.
