A Note from our Stewardship Team
We officially began our annual stewardship campaign on Sunday, October 7 with the theme, "Fearless Faith". Last Sunday, our pastor Steven Barnes preached about Praying Fearlessly. We also heard Pam Stillerman tell us about what the church means to her and how this influences her personal stewardship.
Stewardship season will culminate on Commitment Sunday, October 28, when we will come forward during worship to present our pledges for the coming year.
Watch your mailbox for a special mailing from out Stewardship Team!
Congregational Meeting
Sunday, October 28th
If the way be clear, there will be a meeting immediately following worship for the purpose of electing elders to the Session Class of 2021.
Hurricane Recovery Assistance
Our prayers continue for those affected by recent natural disasters. Presbyterian Disaster Assistance is organizing a response to areas affected by Hurricane Michael, including northern Florida, southeastern Alabama, and Georgia.
To give to PDA's hurricane relief efforts you may make a check payable to FPC with "Hurricane Relief" on the memo line, or go online HERE.
