"'to you is born this day in the city of David a Savior, who is the Messiah, the Lord.
This will be a sign for you: you will find a child wrapped in bands of cloth and lying in a manger.'
And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host, praising God and saying,
'Glory to God in the highest heaven,
and on earth peace among those whom he favors.'"
- Luke 2:11-14

This is the last Buzz of the calendar year, and I want to take this opportunity to thank Mrs. Rosie McGuire for helping us with this vital communication - and keeping me on track with my submissions!

Our Christmas concert last week showcased much talent. What a beautiful performance by all of our students. We are grateful to Mr. David Cho, Mr. Mark Sawasky and Ms. Rachel Ackerman for their dedication to our music program. We are also grateful for the technical assistance of Ms. B.

We will end for Christmas break tomorrow, Thursday, December 20, with a half day! A reminder that there will be no Extended Day.

Let me take this opportunity to wish you all a very Happy and Blessed Christmas, full of everything you wish for. And a very Peaceful New Year to you all.

O God,
Whose mighty Son was born in Bethlehem those days long ago, lead us to that same poor place, where Mary laid her tiny Child. And as we look on in wonder and praise, make us welcome him in all new life, see him in the poor, and care for his handiwork the earth, the sky and the sea. O God, bless us again in your great love. We pray for this through Christ our Lord.
Amen.
