Registration and Special Deadline Information

Registration for the Youth Faith Formation and Knock Knock retreats is open! We are excited to see high interest in both of these events this year.

The registration process for these events includes: 1) a group preorder, where churches reserve a block of spots for their participants, and 2) individual participant registrations, where UCCI collects health and liability information from participants.

Group preorders need to be in place before individuals can register. We recommend that you put together a group registration ASAP, even if you don't know exact numbers, so that individual participants can start registering. We can always edit those numbers later.

Youth Faith Formation retreat deadlines:

October 26 for group preorders
November 2 for individual participants

Knock Knock Retreat deadlines:

November 2 for group preorders
November 9 for individual participants

Youth Faith Formation Retreat

November 9-11, 2018
Pilgrim Center

Bring your confirmation class and join us for a confirmation-centered retreat. We will explore what it means to be the church and how that commitment continues to evolve. Check-in begins at 7pm on Friday. The retreat ends after worship on Sunday, between 11:00 and 11:30am.

The Faith Formation Retreats are a partnership of the Wisconsin Conference UCC and United Church Camps, Inc. Program planning and leadership is offered by a team representing the four Associations of the Wisconsin Conference UCC.

Can't bring your group in November? This event will repeat at Pilgrim Center February 22-24, 2019, and March 1-3, 2019.

Knock Knock Middle School Retreat

November 16-18, 2018
Pilgrim Center

Come to Knock Knock with your youth group. Start a new group or fire up the one you've got, like your youth group or confirmation group. Don't come alone! Bring all the interested Middle Schoolers in your church, plus one adult leader for every five kids. The leaders go through the workshops with the youth. Your group will feel the impact for a long time!

Jesus Core Retreat

Experience faith in community, meaningful worship and great music, silence and time for prayer, getting to know new people and hanging out with friends. Rest from the stress of school, listen to God's word, connect with yourself and others, and find satisfaction in silence and in fun activities.

Who? Youth grades 9-12, and young adults up to age 22, individually or with their church groups (We ask for 1 adult leader for every 5 youth from one congregation)
