Utilities Board seeks customer input

As a community-owned utility, our customers have a say in how we operate. We are seeking customer input on our strategic plan.

The plan focuses on many areas directly impacting utility services, rates, reliability and our local environment, from electric transmission projects and renewable energy development to regional water projects and the modernization of utility infrastructure.

Please read the plan and provide comments. The Utilities Board will discuss the draft at the Dec.17 meeting and consider adopting the plan at our Jan. 16, 2019 meeting. Thank you for helping make Colorado Springs a better place to live.
Need payment assistance? Let us help

Get up to $15 off new LED holiday lights

Now through Dec. 21, electric customers can drop off old holiday lights at our Conservation and Environmental Center and receive up to three $5 coupons (up to $15) toward the purchase of ENERGY STARĀ® holiday lights at participating local ACE Hardware stores.

All lights will be recycled with proceeds benefitting Project COPE. New LED holiday lights not only save you money, they are safer than old incandescent strands.

Can't make it over to our Conservation and Environmental Center? Visit csu.org for information about attending a scheduled exchange at your local ACE Hardware.
