"Melina beat a girl that had beaten her 3 times this summer against whom she had never won a set.This was a bit of a breakthrough tournament for her. Her play was better than ever before with much better consistency, court movement and very good quality ground strokes. Her attitude and body language was also much better. She faced a few difficult moments, especially in the final, and kept it together and fought real hard. it was a good reward for her after many tournaments where she felt she had given away matches because of her own errors. Her confidence got a good boost too. Kudos to the coaching staff for helping her improve so much over the past few months... whatever you guys are doing please continue! "
