Win 4 tickets to the award-winning musical, Dear Evan Hansen, for opening night
You could be watching " Dear Evan Hansen," winner of six 2017 Tony Awards including Best Musical and the 2018 Grammy Award for Best Musical Theater Album, on opening night from the balcony of the Oriental Theater!

Support the Yorkville Educational Foundation (YEF) through the purchase of a raffle ticket, and one lucky winner will receive four tickets to see "Dear Evan Hansen" on February 12, 2019 at the Oriental Theater in Chicago. Enjoy an amazing view with seats located in the center balcony, fifth row.

Raffle tickets are $5 each or 5 tickets for $20. To keep odds favorable, the Foundation is selling a limited number of tickets. Raffle tickets are available to purchase online at www.yef115.org/evan. YEF will also sell tickets at a select number of middle school and high school events through December. The raffle drawing will take place during the December 17 District 115 Board of Education meeting.

Donations generated through the Yorkville Educational Foundation directly benefit District 115 students and staff through a variety of programs, and are tax deductible.
Dear Evan Hansen
A letter that was never meant to be seen, a lie that was never meant to be told, a life he never dreamed he could have. Evan Hansen is about to get the one thing he’s always wanted: a chance to finally fit in. "Dear Evan Hansen" is the deeply personal and profoundly contemporary musical about life and the way we live it.

Team YEF raises more than $7,000 for D115
Team YEF, a group of 27 parents, teachers, staff, and community members, participated in the Fox Valley Half Marathon on September 16 as Charity Heroes. These runners raised more than $7,000 for the Yorkville Educational Foundation and the District 115 school of their choice. Earlier this month, the Foundation awarded $2,500 of the funds raised back to participating schools. The remaining funds will be reinvested in the Foundation to support annual events including the “Fostering Our Future” community and employee recognition awards program and education grants. YEF thanks its sponsors (The BFF and Caterpillar), and the Yorkville High School Student Council members who volunteered at the Fox Valley Half Marathon.

A special thanks to all the Team YEF runners:
Samantha Brown, Alma Hundiak, Derek Miller, Kate Calder, Dr. Lynn Burks, Brian Long, Kerry Stillmunkes, Bethany Parker Ross, Ben Niles, Aaron Mueller, Teri Hanson, Sarah Cann, Elizabeth Montgomery, Kate Rogola, Jake Austin, Lauren Foster, Abigail Riddle, Traci Johnigk, Ryan Martinez, Sally Firrantello, Melissa Riddle, Maxzine Rossler, Megan Rossler, and Tom Paulson.
