a.  Quick look at Americans for the Arts (AFTA)  Grades for Florida's members of Congress


b.  AFTA on September 27 released the results of its new Ipsos Public Opinion Survey.  More than 3,000 American adults over the age of 18 were polled and the new results provide the latest insight on topics that include 

1.  support for arts education,
2.  government arts funding, 
3.  personal engagement in the arts, 
4.  the personal benefits and well-being that come from engaging
     in the arts, and 
5.  how those benefits extend more broadly to the community.

Florida was one of eight states that participated in this new public opinion survey:  Florida highlights of this poll
