December 18, 2018
As of last week, the Arkansas Tax Reform and Relief Legislative Task Force (a mouthful) unanimously adopted a ‘Draft Bill’ that would among other things, repeal the Political Contribution Income Tax Credit. This ‘tax credit’ allows for small contributions ($50/$100) to political campaigns or small donor PACs, to receive a tax credit when filing their state tax return.

This Political Contribution Tax Credit is a provision in Arkansas tax code that has been around for 22 years. It is one of the cornerstones REALTOR members rely on as a benefit of investing in ARPAC. This tax credit allows Arkansas REALTORS, to have a collective voice in all matters relating to private property rights and issues of home ownership.

Supra eKey App Upgrade

If you have a black handheld xPress key, the below message does NOT apply to you.

We are pleased to announce that we are beginning the release of the new Supra eKEY app this week. In order to provide the best user experience for keyholders, we will implement a staged rollout of the new eKEY app. This rollout will begin with release to a limited number of Android users starting December 17 and continue over the next few weeks. IOS (iPhone) users will start to see the rollout in early January.

How and when will the app be delivered?
For eKEY app users that have automatic app updates turned on, the Play Store will automatically deliver the app to a percentage of Android users over the next few weeks. The minimum requirement for the new eKEY app in Android is OS 5 or greater.

Do the apps need a new authorization code?
The eKEY app does not require a new authorization as long as it is installed on a device that already has an authorized eKEY app.

How will Supra let Keyholders know about the new eKEY app release?
When the new eKEY app is available for all users, Supra will send a message within the existing eKEY app letting users know that a new version of the app is available along with a link to resources for more information.
