Alumni Call to Action: Candidates for MS in Real Estate sought for the fall of 2020
The UW-Madison Graaskamp Center has set a goal to recruit 30 candidates for the MS in Real Estate and Urban Land Development for the fall of 2020. Alumni are asked to actively participate in reaching this goal by sharing their passion for the Wisconsin Real Estate Program with a prospective student! Invite a talented young professional to a WREAA event, or to meet with you one-on-one to learn more. The Graaskamp Center has produced a snap shot video, a podcast and a brochure as informational resources for potential recruits. Information sessions are planned on campus and via webinar. Connect interested parties to Mark Eppli or Greg Reed at the Graaskamp Center.
An Update from the Graaskamp Center
Dear Alumni and Friends,

It’s exam week on campus, that time of year that produces recurring nightmares decades after graduation! One of the privileges of being an academic is the cycle of the school year. Students come back to campus at the start of the semester excited to catch up with old friends, learn new things, and forge a life path, then journey through the semester picking up life lessons and new knowledge. From a faculty member’s perspective, we too are excited about a classroom full of new students at the commencement of the semester and enjoy the end of semester lull in activity that allows us to focus on research projects and other initiatives.

Young Alumni:
Connect with a WREAA Mentor in 2020
Mentor enrollment for the 2020 Young Alumni Mentoring Program is in full swing! Mentee enrollment will begin soon. This innovative program allows young alumni who have graduated within the past 5 years (2015-2019) to pair themselves with alumni mentors who are seasoned professionals. The mentee will subsequently meet with one or more mentors throughout the span of the year-long program. Mentors should have 7-10+ years of industry experience and be willing to commit to 3-4 one-hour sessions in an 11-month period. Thinking about signing up to be mentee? Head to the Mentor Gallery to see our Mentors. Check back often as more profiles are completed daily! Contact Mandy Kaegy with questions or to participate as a mentor mentee.
