This time of year, I am reminded of our missionary friends who have left their comforts here in the United States and are preaching, living and serving in unique places around the globe. They are living out the command of Jesus in unique world areas; places we may find too hot, cold, scary, risky or unsafe. As you celebrate with friends and family this year please remember Jesus left heaven to come to earth so we could be saved and expects us to share with others His good news. Do not forget the words of Jesus', He has commanded us to GO and PREACH.
Please pray for our missionaries who may not get the opportunity to celebrate this season with their family. Pray about how you could GO and PREACH this year. Could it be at your place of employment? Your School? Your family? Maybe He is speaking to you to go to Ecuador on a Mission trip or could He be calling you into Missions outside of your comfort zone? This season take time to stop and hear God speaking to your heart.

NWIL Work & Witness Trip
June 8-19, 2019
Calling all adventurers! June 8th thru June 19th, 2019 we will be heading to South America. Join us on a trip to central Ecuador and see what God can do with your willing spirit on another continent. Our team will continue construction on a child development center that will serve the local community and create a base for evangelism.
Next Summer, join us for an amazing adventure in service. We need your help to build an effective team. Work and Witness touches the lives and hearts of people you never thought you would meet. It also transforms the lives and hearts of those who go and serve.

NMI with the collaboration of NYI and SDMI has been trying to compile a list of children and youth who have expressed a call into ministry. The goal of NMI's Ministry Call is to educate, inform and guide those children and youth called into ministry get as much help in following through with those calls. Being able to pray for them by name and introducing them to opportunities to develop in their particular area of ministry.

"Nazarene Youth Conference (NYC) is a vibrant, life-changing youth event held every four years in different locations across the United States and Canada. High School students from all around North America belonging to the Church of the Nazarene gather together in a time of worship, teaching, and community outreach, united by a common belief in Jesus Christ."

For generations, Nazarenes have supported the World Evangelism Fund. Working together, we accomplish so much as the Body of Christ. Become a part of missions work and partner with the Church of the Nazarene to make Christlike disciples in the nations. In the Funding the Mission plan, the World Evangelism Fund is the vehicle through which we deliver the message of hope - and your church drives that mission.

The Christian Church in Morris is in the process of planning a remodel for their sanctuary. They are planning to remove their wooden church pews and are wondering if any churches are in need of the pews. The pews are in very good condition and seat around 350-400 people.
They would like to see them continue to serve as a blessing to the Kingdom in some way or another into the future. Church is located at 455 W. Southmor Rd.; Morris, IL 60450.
