Estate planning can mean dealing with clients who are perfect, perfectly horrible, or somewhere in between.
On May 7 in Chicago and May 15 in Champaign, IL, Ben Neiburger joined
a panel of fellow attorneys for
“The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly, but Mostly the Bad and Ugly: Difficult Trust & Estates Clients and How to Deal With Them.”
Featured as part of the Illinois Institute for Continuing Legal Education’s annual estate planning program, this lively discussion focused on managing the difficult legal, ethical and practical issues of being an estate planner.

Where in the World Is Ben?
|
Less than six months after becoming a
PATAGONman
, our own in-house triathlete, Ben Neiburger, is back in action bigtime. First up was the J-Hawk Triathlon in Whitewater, Wisconsin, on May 5, where Ben ran into all kinds of problems, including a flat tire on his bike in the last quarter mile and loose drawstrings that slowed his swim. Despite everything, he still finished strong,
placing eighth overall
. On June 2, he’ll be suiting up once again for his next triathlon in Hammond, Indiana.
|
To help more people experience the unique thrill of swimming, biking and running their way across the triathlon finish line, Ben also began training this month to be a guide for
visually impaired
triathletes through
Dare2tri
. Being on a tandem bike never felt so fulfilling...
