Pre-Assessment Concert & Trip Meeting*

6:30 pm call time (all students)
*Spring Trip Parent Meeting - immediately following the concert. All students attending the spring trip and at least one parent need to stay for the meeting.
Parents will have a chance to meet their child' s chaperone for the trip.
District Assessment (Choir SOL) Langley HS
Thursday, March 14
Treble/Select - Dismissed from class at 2:30 pm to change and meet in choir room. 2:40 to 3:30 pm
Chamber 9:00 - 9:50 pm
Friday, March 15
Concert Choir - Dismissed from class at 2:30 pm to change and meet in choir room. 2:40 - 3:30 pm
Madrigals 9:10 - 10:30 pm
The final payment of $30 for all students and chaperones attending the choir spring trip is now due. Please pay via MySchoolBucks, select "School Store" then "Browse all Items" and use the $30 option from the drop-down menu. We need all payments by Friday, March 8. Questions? Contact Katie Baird.
Green Folders
All Choir students going on the trip should have brought home a green folder filled with important forms required for traveling with us. Please fill them out promptly and return. Green folders must all be returned by Friday, March 8. Thank you!

Langley Hosts District XII Choral Assessment
Langley has the honor of hosting the judges and choirs and participating in this year's District XII Choral Assessment.
We need parent volunteers to fill shifts in several key areas and to provide food items for the Judge's Lounge and the Concessions Stand.
