Cocktail: Lillet Blanc and Prosecco are two of my favorites. Mixed together, YUM! Here are a few ideas for cocktail recipes using both.
Shake the below with ice and strain into a lovely glass, preferably crystal, and garnish.
- 4 parts Prosecco
- 2 parts Lillet Blanc
and one of the following
- 1 part flavorful non-alcoholic drink such as raspberry ice tea. Garnish with raspberries
- 1 part Cointreau, 1 part fresh lemon juice. Garnish with strawberries.
- Mash fresh mint leaves and orange slice in the bottom of the glass and pour the iced Prosecco and Lillet Blanc over it. Add an ice cube or two. Garnish with mint leaves and orange peel.

Appetizer: The above cocktails need a gentle flavor to go with them. No Buffalo chicken wings here! Try the following:
- Brie, fresh strawberries, and a baguette
- Sliced avocado on crackers
- Crostini with salty toppings such as anchovy, olives, goats cheese, and/or prosciutto
