Music Made in Heaven, a community handbell ensemble based in Raleigh, this event is a fun way to end your bell-ringing for the spring while also showcasing handbells to a diverse audience!

When?
PLEASE join us on SATURDAY, JUNE 1 as we again assemble a massed handbell group to
RING the National Anthem for the 2019 Durham Bulls! Game time is 6:35pm; we will ring 10-15 minutes before the first pitch.
Invite your ringers - INDIVIDUALS AND GROUPS of all ages are welcome! The only requirements are to carry/hold two bells for the performance, to memorize your part of a familiar tune, and to walk on and off the baseball field relatively quickly. Registration fee for ringers is $25/person, which includes ticket and event t-shirt.
Invite friends & family to attend the game and sit in our reserved block. They must order tickets through your group registration to sit in our block. Space is limited so register early! Reserved tickets for non-ringers are $14/person.
Complete the online Registration Formby Monday April 1, 2019 (No late registrations accepted due to t-shirt and ticket order deadlines).
NOTE: Ringers are required to wear a 2019 Bull Ring t-shirt to create a more uniform appearance on the field.
T-shirt cost is included in the ringers registration fee. T-SHIRTS are for RINGERS ONLY and will be distributed at the rehearsal on June 1. Please indicate correct sizes for each ringer on your registration. See

After You Register:
A registration confirmation email will be sent to your contact person. Upon receipt, please print and mail the registration confirmation along with your check to the address indicated on the confirmation by Friday, April 19, 2019.
Purchase The Star-Spangled Banner, arranged by John A. Behnke #AG36050, and memorize your part.
Attend the mandatory rehearsal/staging walk-through on June 1 at 3pm at First Baptist Church Durham, 414 Cleveland Street (near the ballpark).
NOTE: If you need to make any changes after receiving your registration confirmation, you MUST contact Sabrina Tyndall PRIOR TO mailing your check. Once payment, is received no refunds can be given and no changes can be made as tickets and t-shirts will have been purchased.
