RDGA GOLFERS - IF YOU HAVEN'T
ADDED A UNIQUE EMAIL
to YOUR GHIN ACCOUNT, PLEASE DO SO
A reminder to all
RDGA Members with an active
USGA GHIN Handicap: if the email address in your player profile is shared with at least one more golfers registered in the RDGA GHIN database,we ask that you please provide a unique email address that can be attributed to your player profile individually. There are several reasons for this request including security, communication and ability to connect you to your scoring record.
As we look to the future and the introduction of new tools such as a new mobile app and GHIN.com for score posting, in order for you to utilize these features you will be required to create an online profile. This will require the authentication of matching you to your individual profile by way of your email address.
An added benefit of having a unique email is the ability to customize communications to you. This will allow the
RDGA to connect with you for your
Handicap eRevision, member benefits and information of interest to you.
Email addresses are easy to create via Google (Gmail), Microsoft (Outlook) or Yahoo!. These are just a few places to go to create a free email address.
If you currently have a shared email address on your personal GHIN account - or if you are unsure - please contact the RDGA at
585-292-5950 to verify your account information.
THANK YOU!
