Looking Toward this Sunday April 8, 2018

Scripture: John 20: 1-23

Claire George-Drumheller will preach at 8:30 a.m. and 11 a.m.  in the sanctuary and at 9:45 a.m. in the Congregation House.

The disciples, having seen the empty tomb and heard about Mary Magdalene's seeing Jesus, lock themselves up tight in a house. Their fear was valid; they saw their leader executed and feared for their lives. However, solid walls and locked doors do not keep out the risen Lord, nor can we lock up Christ's gift of peace

The Geneva Choir will sing We Walk By Faith at the 8:30 service.
The Chancel Choir will sing Stay with Us at the 11:00 service.

The Sacrament of the Lords Supper will be served at all 3 services.
Social Justice Meeting

Please join us on Monday, April 9 at 7:00 pm in the upper room for a conversation exploring the Social Justice work of the Presbyterian Church USA in this country and around the world. We'll explore possible ways we can engage in this work here in our own community. All are welcome.
