REAA NEWSLETTER
A newsletter to keep you informed about what's "up with arts."

Letter from the Chief Administrative Officer:
Dear Members and Friends,

The weather has yet to warm up, but we're closing out winter with our final Winter Concert and Performance Series show and looking forward to a spring Art in the Hall Exhibit, an April vacation STE(A)M program, ArtsFest Hudson 2019, and Summer Drama Workshop. Better weather must be just around the corner...

If you decide to register for some of these programs, you might notice that things are looking a little different at upwitharts.org. We recently introduced a new system, NeonCRM, which will help us communicate better with you and help you more easily engage with us, from streamlined program registrations to membership renewal reminders. This new system was made possible by a generous grant from the Foundation for MetroWest, and we are so excited to start rolling it out with our spring programs and communications.

I hope you'll come thaw out with us soon!

Best,

Danielle Griggs
Chief Administrative Officer

April Vacation STE(A)M Workshop

We're looking forward to a hands-on workshop on 4/16 for students ages 8-16 to learn from local scientists about acoustics and how they work. Participants will then get to build their own wireless speaker or headphones (compatible with Apple iOS devices only) to take home. Space is limited - this one will fill up quickly, so be sure to reserve your child's spot today!

ArtsFest Hudson 2019

We're proud to be sponsoring the second annual ArtsFest Hudson, scheduled for May 4, 2019, from 12-5pm on Main Street in downtown Hudson. Last year this event brought several thousands of attendees to town for free, family-friendly artmaking activities and entertainment. Interested in selling your work? We're looking for local artists and artisans to register as vendors for the festival. Visit the ArtsFest website for more details or to reserve a table.

River's Edge Chorale

Lisa may have stepped down as president, but she's still spearheading our beloved River's Edge Chorale. The chorale will be holding open rehearsals in April - if you're looking for a community chorus with a diverse repertoire, plan to check them out!

Come have a beer with us!

Whether you're heading to our Celtic Roots Concert later that night or just feel like dropping by, we hope we'll see you at our Members' Reception at Medusa Brewing Company on 3/16 at 4:30pm. We'll be in the dart room with appetizers - come get in the spirit for St. Patrick's Day or just hello! Register in advance so we know you're coming!
