All employers are now required to provide sexual harassment training to their employees that meets numerous requirements. Hancock Estabrook Partner,
Robert C. Whitaker, Jr.,
will offer personalized half-day seminars designed to train human resource directors, business
owners and other managers on how to properly conduct this training.
Seating is limited to 12 people per session.

, the New York State Department of Labor issued its final sexual harassment
training
materials and model
policy
in consultation with the New York State Division of Human Rights. Many employers are uncertain as to how to conduct this training in the most effective and efficient manner. These seminars are designed to educate employers on how to best provide this training, and goes into substantial detail to ensure full compliance with the new laws. All seminars are intentionally limited to small groups in order to facilitate in-depth discussion, and to ensure that all questions are answered by an experienced employment law attorney.
Robert C. Whitaker, Jr.
will address in detail the new training requirements and provide suggested training strategies and techniques for employers. Sample scenarios specific to each attendee's trade or industry will be provided, and which are designed to help employers satisfy the interactive training requirement. Ultimately, those who attend will leave feeling confident in their ability to train employees and ensure their employer is compliant with both the sexual harassment training and policy requirements.
