Just hear those sleigh bells jingling...
Wow, the holidays are coming up fast! Do you have all your shopping done? Is your home decorated, for whatever holiday you celebrate? Some of ours are, and some aren't. It seems the days fly by so fast, and we can't get it all done. No worries - everything will be fine. There's only so much time in a day, and sometimes, perfection just isn't in the cards. We do the best we can, and sometimes, the best stories and memories come from the times when things just wouldn't work out quite right. The most important part is spending time with people you love and enjoy.

On that note, all of us at Yankee Pride want to thank you once again for being our customers. We enjoy seeing you come through the door every single day, whether it's in need of help for a project, to show off a finished quilt, to grab a little peace and color for your day, or just to say 'hi'. We enjoy being here for you, and appreciate the time (and money) you spend when you wander through our little heaven on earth. Thank you.

Cindy also says thank you to all who sewed, quilted, and bound quilts for Laurie's House in 2019. She delivered 22 quilts, of all different sizes, last week, and they were very happy to receive them!

Recent Fabric Arrivals

These are the highlights of recent arrivals. Click on the photo for a closeup, and click here if you're interested in purchasing any of these fabrics by the yard on our website:

Batiks

by Hoffman

Our most recent Hoffman additions are basics - four of them are from the 885 Dot series. Simple dots are always a good addition to your batik projects. They add a bit of texture and movement, and most importantly, color. The purple stripe (top left in photo) is fabulous for bindings.

Sarah's Story

from Betsy Chutchian

by Moda

This wonderful new line of fabric was inspired by some of Betsy's own antique quilts. There are some really great wavy prints here, and some very light background prints. She seems to know what we're looking for when adding to our stash. Start a new Repro quilt with this group and a few more coordinates.

Urban Zoologie

from Ann Kelle

by Robert Kaufman

Many of these fabrics have been re-printed, which is great for us, and for you - we don't often get a second chance to buy great quilt fabrics. The prints in the photo at right are new to us, and really fun.

The prints in the photo at left are fabrics that flew out of the shop the first time we got them. Judy ordered them again, knowing they already have lots of fans who will want more!

Kyoto Garden

from Deborah Edwards

by Northcott

Asian-themed fabrics are fairly hard to come by. Several of the longtime manufacturers have recently closed down, so we've had to wait until other companies step up. Northcott has just released this stunning line, with geishas, large florals, gold bling, and everything we love about this genre of fabric.

The border print (at right) is not super-wide, making it more useful for smaller projects, if you choose.

Summer Breeze 2019

by Moda

Summer Breeze fans, rejoice! Here is the latest line of our favorite blue and yellow fabrics. There are different-sized motifs for use in different projects, and those focus prints - wow! They are just gorgeous. Are you planning your next project in your head, now that you've seen these beauties? We are!

Thank you, as always, for your business, and thank you for being our customer. We love that you still believe in shopping local!
