The next Chamber Social will be held April 5th, 2018 from 5-7pm at the Cask and Kiln Kitchen in Wilmington, VT. The event is co-sponsored by The Brattleboro Development Credit Corporation and the Southern Vermont Deerfield Valley Chamber of Commerce.
This is a great opportunity to meet other members, family, and friends of the Chamber. This is also an amazing opportunity to network with other local business owners and members of the BDCC!

Friday April 6th - Sunday April 8th
Winter sport and music festival MINUS ZERO is coming to Mount Snow in 2018 for its biggest event yet. For its FOURTH edition, the festival has announced dates of April 7th & 8th, and will also feature opening festivities and kick off parties starting on the evening of Friday, April 6th. Look for the line-up to be announced in the coming weeks.
Last year, a sold-out crowd of thousands hit the slopes and partied at MINUS ZERO, which featured over three stages of music featuring over 50 top international and emerging electronic music acts including Bassnectar, Zeds Dead, GRiZ, Illenium and Claptone, snowboarding with a Rail Jam & Jump competition and a demo from some of the top pro-boarders including Carinthia Team athletes Nate Haust and Jeremy Ellenberg.
"With a beautiful backdrop amid the mountains and a stunning roster, it is no wonder that the festival attracted thousands of fans in its first year," declared DJ Mag of MINUS ZERO's inaugural event in 2016 with headliners deadmau5 and Kaskade. With three stages of music and slopes open, the picturesque backdrop of the Vermont mountains provides a stunning and unique setting which can only be experienced at MINUS ZERO.

Southern Vermont Deerfield Valley Chamber of Commerce would like to say thank you to all who were out for our 2nd Annual VT Craft Brew and Chili Stroll last Friday Night in Wilmington. The event was a great time and we're glad that our visitors fun! We would also like to say an extra special thank you to all of our volunteers who help to make our events happen, we couldn't do them without you.
And last but not least we would like to thank our Chili Makers: Dover Forge/OMT, Dots Restaurant, North Star Pizza, Readsboro Inn (x2), The Nutmeg, Cask & Kiln Kitchen, The Village Roost, River Valley Market, The Wilmington Inn/Nomad Chefs, and our 1st place voted chili contest winner, La Casita!

Dover Moto Hosting Annual Mothers for Daughters Charity Event
May 18th-20th
Dover Moto is based in the Southern Vermont Deerfield Valley in West Dover. For many years, they have been a proud supporter of the annual Mother's for Daughter's charity ride. This year, Dover Moto is continuing on with this great tradition! Join them for a weekend full of stunning Vermont rides, great food, and good music. Over the past ten years, they have raised over $200,000.00 in the research to find a cure for Breast and Ovarian cancer.
Dover Moto is a truly local Vermont event run and sponsored by business owners and survivors and the Town of Dover. The event features some spectacular rides shared with good company. End the day with cocktails and delicious Vermont fare while relaxing or dancing to live music.
The 2018 event, in the great tradition of past years, is donating to Mother's for Daughters' which, in turn, forwards the money to Breast and Ovarian Cancer Research charities. This is in recognition of all the great work done in the past 10 years.
