GET TO KNOW YOUR AAHA BOARD
|

Julie Trevino, DMCP, Advisory Board
I am the Sales Manager for ACCESS destination management company and have been in the hospitality industry since I moved to Texas in 1983. I was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, moved to Glasgow, Montana for elementary school, and lived in Superior, Wisconsin until after high school. After my 1st plane trip to Acapulco when I was 21, I was hooked on the travel industry. I went to the Travel Career School of Minnesota in downtown Minneapolis and moved to San Antonio so that I would never have to experience a Wisconsin winter again!
I love antiquing, reading, and enjoy spending my time off in Glacier Park, Montana. I’ve been married to my wonderful husband for 32 years and have a 27 year old son in Houston.
I love that San Antonio is such a friendly city and that the feedback our corporate clients give us about the city is always positive. Thanks to David Uminski who asked me to serve on the Alamo Area Hospitality Board way back when, and for the opportunity from Nicole Juel to serve again this year. I have also served as President of the DMC Roundtable.
We have a treasure in San Antonio and I feel lucky to represent ACCESS and the Alamo City.

AAHA Newsletter Update
We're looking to increase the readership of our newsletter. In January of 2018, we had a 24% open rate and a 9% click rate. Our monthly newsletter is the primary means we have to get a large amount of information to each of you. We want to increase our readership and to help us accomplish that we will start doing a
giveaway
each month.
The catch? Just read the newsletter! Somewhere, hidden in the text will be a prize! What will you win? A free "GUEST Lunch" certificate to invite a guest of your choosing to be used for any AAHA Luncheon within 60 days of winning. It's that simple. Moving forward, we'll place the link in different parts of the newsletter and we might not make it all that obvious; just to keep it fun. We encourage you to read the newsletter in its entirety and support all those who participate each month.
