I grew up here in Huntington Beach and took my first yoga class by the pier roughly 10 years ago, during which I was amazed at how the conscious effort to regulate breath would allow me to move deeper into each pose, instantly relieving tension in my back. As I continued to study yoga, I discovered more benefits both physically and mentally. Currently, I practice at Rise HB Yoga. The studio is spacious with an excellent vibe, and most importantly, the teachers are very caring and encouraging.
