Important Provider Information, Training  & Resources
REGISTRATION REQUIRED...
All SR Providers are required to register for CLASS observations. If you haven't registered, you are PAST DUE.  Click here to register.
Keeping Documents Current
It's important that  ALL documents attached to your Provider Portal
remain current. Your current Child Care License, Accreditation, Liability Insurance and other documents must be submitted to the ELC prior to the expiration of the previous document.

House Bill 1091 & CLASS Observations

Starting July 2019 under HB 1091, SR Providers will be required to have a program assessment using the CLASS tool annually and meet a threshold score in order to contract with the ELC.
