Office Support Clerk

We own and manage over 2 million square feet of real estate in the Western New York area and need your assistance to maintain our current level of service and consistent growth.
We are seeking a part-time Office Support Clerk to assist in maintaining the books for each company, monitor tenant and contractor insurance records, update prospect contact records, support the parking management staff and deliver mail internally. The role will likely expand beyond these tasks and we are eager to find someone with the ability to learn on the fly. In addition to these tasks you will also act as the face and voice of the company, greeting in-office and phone guests.
The ideal candidate will have experience with:
QuickBooks, Excel, Word, Outlook, Data Entry and Customer Service.
Janitorial Technician
You can make a difference! We are looking for a highly energetic, respectful candidate to join our team as a janitorial technician. The position will be full time. A full benefits package is available, including health, dental and 401k.
The ideal candidate will have a high school education and janitorial experience. Duties will include but are not limited to; cleaning common areas and restrooms, exterior maintenance, event setup and maintaining a positive relationship with tenants and employees. A drug screening and background check may be completed on each prospective candidate.
Security Officer

We are looking for an energetic, respectful candidate to hire for securing and providing excellent customer service and safety at our facility. We currently need 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift positions filled.
NY State Security guard certification and 16 hour course required, additional training provided. High school diploma or GED and basic PC skills required. Security duties will include but not be limited to: inspection rounds indoors and the property surrounding the building, CCTV monitoring, access control, escorting tenants/visitors, locking/unlocking doors, keeping peace and order, parking support and enforcing the facility rules and regulations.
A drug screen and background check will be completed on each prospective candidate. Excellent customer service skills a must, the security guard will be responsible for welcoming guests by promptly greeting them, in person or over the phone as well as answering or referring inquiries. Must have a valid NYS driver's license and have reliable transportation.
