ONLY Eucharist of the Weekend
On the weekend of Sunday, April 15th, we will share together in a single Eucharist. During worship, we will reveal the total amount pledged toward our capital campaign to expand and renovate our facilities, so that we can offer An Open Welcome for generations to come.

Please RSVP by CLICKING HERE or by contacting the parish office, [email protected] , or (502) 245-8827.

Please RSVP by April 10th.

Hot Breakfast
Breakfast this coming Sunday, April 8, will be provided by guest chefs, Joshua & Jenni Anderson.

Please plan on joining everyone in Board Hall between 8:30am and 9:45 where you will not only enjoy great food but a time for fellowship.

Organ Recital
April 22 at 4:00 pm (note change of date from April 15) - Organist Carolyn Craig, IU University will present a recital featuring music of J. S. Bach, Felix Mendelssohn, Frank Bridge and Marcel Dupre.

Lisa Lewis had the privilege of hearing Carolyn Craig play at St. Paul's Cathedral, London this past summer. She is a true virtuoso! Her performance is not to be missed.

The recital is free and open to the public.

Undecorating the church will take place THIS Sunday, April 8, following the 10am service.

You may pick up your lilies in the parish hall at that time. Remember, they are hardy and can be planted outside.

St. Luke's Book Club
YOU ARE INVITED to St Luke's Book Club on April 10 at 6:30. Our book selection for April is  The Saboteur, The Aristocrat Who Became France's Most Daring Anti-Nazi Commando written by Paul Kix . A narrative nonfiction, fast-paced and breathtaking biography on an intriguing and incredible aristocrat, Robert de La Rochefoucauld (pronounced, "Roush-foo-coe"), as emotionally intuitive as the very best spy novel  Illuminates an unsung hero of the French Resistance during WWII.  Robert was trained at 17 after Germany attacked France by Britain's Special Operations Executive on the dark arts of anarchy and combat--cracking safes, planting bombs, killing with bare hands, destroying fortified compounds and munitions factories, etc., etc., etc.  Winston Churchill described the work of his group as the "Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare."  His almost unlikely exploits go on and on at a breakneck speed, almost as hard on the reader as they were for him. Well...actually...not even close but you can't put the book down.

MEETING INFO: Lyman House, April 10,
SECOND (2 nd) Tuesday monthly at 6:30 PM for
2+- hours of rousing conversations and introductions to books of almost every genre.

At the end of each meeting, we discuss books for the next month's selection, so bring your suggestions with you.
