Purim Band
We are excited to invite teens in 7th-12th grade to join our new Purim Band, led by Cantor Randy Herman! 

The band will perform 
Please only join the band if you can attend BOTH performances. 

Teens in 7th grade are only invited to attend the Carnival for WJCS Guests if they are in the band. 

Rehearsals at Bet Torah, 5:00-6:00 p.m.

Purim Carnival Teen Volunteers
We need teens in 8th-12th grade to help with
AND to help us prepare at the prep events (3/13 and 3/18).
Teens in 7th grade can volunteer for the Carnival for Children.

Community service credit awarded to all volunteers.
Note that there is only one volunteer form for teens--we've linked repeatedly to the same document for your convenience.
Volunteers in 7th-12th grade
Purim Prep Pizza Parties
Wednesday, March 13 AND Monday, March 18 6:00-8:00 p.m.
Join us to help get ready for the carnival. We need to make signs, clean up games, and work on some new games we're excited to introduce this year.

Pizza will be served. Please email Loen if you have any dietary restrictions.
Volunteers in 7th-12th grade
Carnival for Children and Families
Sunday, March 24, 11:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
We need teens in 8th-12th grade to volunteer to set up before to the Carnivals, run the games, and set up for the second carnival.

Teens in 7th grade  are invited to volunteer as assistants at the first carnival. Our 7th graders can volunteer for one shift or both, depending on if they want to enjoy the carnival themselves. 
All slots are first come, first served , so sign up ASAP.

If you would like to be working with a friend, make sure your friend also signs up for that booth.
Volunteers in 8th-12th grade, only
Carnival for WJCS Friends
Sunday, March 24, 1:30-3:00 p.m.
Adults with developmental disabilities from  WJCS' Partners in Caring Havorah  enjoy our free Purim celebration every year.

We need teens in 8th-12th grade to sing and dance with our guests, act out the Purim play with Rabbi Brusso and Cantor Herman, guide our guests in enjoying select carnival games, and help clean up. Teens who are signed up to stay the whole day will get a FREE"meal deal" at the Carnival for Children.

Teens in 7th grade are only invited to the Carnival for WJCS Guests if they are in the Purim Band. We'd love your help next year!
Parents, We Need Your Help!
Please sponsor a booth (due 3/18) and volunteer for our carnivals (3/24).

To ensure the success of both carnivals, we need your help!
Please return  this form  to Youth mailbox in the office  by Monday, March 18, with your check to “Bet Torah Youth.” 

Donations after March 18 will be acknowledged online, not on printed signs displayed at the carnivals. 
Parent Volunteers
Sunday, March 24, 8:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
We need adults to help set up in the morning before the carnival, help prepare the food, sell the food, sell tickets, and distribute prizes at both carnivals, as well as clean up the Carnival for WJCS Friends in time for the Meal with a Spiel.
