December 7th, 2018

This weekend, the halls of Mt. Horeb are going to be overflowing with joy and laughter as we launch our annual Mt. Horeb Christmas Musical. You're invited to join us for All Is Bright as we celebrate the birth of our savior, Jesus Christ. We'll be performing exciting new songs and fondly remembering some familiar tunes, so there's fun for everyone! Bring your family and friends, but make sure to get here early because seats fill up quickly.

All Is Bright begins this Saturday, December 8th at 7PM.
We'll also have two performances on Sunday, December 9th at 9:00 & 10:45AM.

The Compassion Experience

Coming to Mt. Horeb on January 18th-21st, this Experience is a landmark presentation visiting churches, schools, and other venues across the country. The experience immerses guests in the reality of daily life in poverty that millions of children face around the world. It brings visitors into cultures completely outside of their own. Most importantly, the Experience presents the blessing of hope as children are sponsored through Compassion's world-class child development program. When deployed in a parking lot, the structure allows guests to take an immersive tour through replicas of the homes, environments, and stories of two children who have been a part of Compassion's program. Each guest is equipped with an iPod Touch and headphones to guide them through the Experience. At the end of the tour, guests enter a World Impact Room where they can view photos and information about children of all ages who are waiting for sponsors. As God leads, guests have the opportunity to sponsor one of these precious children on the spot. More information to come on registration for the Experience.
