Scheduling Tips

  • Make sure to conduct shops on the date assigned only. If shops are not completed there will be a restriction added, which means you will no longer be able to conduct shops for that specific client. If there are on-going issues, it could result in an overall company ban.

  • If your shop is a multiple day shop, please keep in contact with your scheduler. Usually your form has an area where you can start inputting information so we know you are following through with conducting your shop.

  • If you are assigned to complete an audio recorded shop and need a few extra hours to upload the recording(s), please be sure to fill out the report, then email your scheduler that you completed the shop but need more time uploading the recording(s).
Editing Tips

  • If you are doing shops at locations that require business casual or business attire be sure you are dressing the part even if that is not your normal attire. Not dressing the part can sometimes out you as a mystery shopper.

  • Always act professional and do not get angry if you have to wait for an associate or to be helped. Always be polite, even if an associate is not polite to you. Reporting these things on a form/report is the best way for our client to address any issues that you encountered or that arise.

  • Never use a photo that does not belong to you as a filler because you have encountered photo/form problems. If you have a photo issue please contact us immediately and we will try to work something out. Using any photos that do not belong to you will result in a overall company ban.
