Dr. Fleming works at the Department  of Orthopaedic Surgery, Los Angeles County, niversity of  Southern California Medical Center and the Navy Trauma  Training Center. As a clinical educator, he is responsible for  ensuring excellence in the overall mix of clinical care and  clinical teaching for both civilian orthopedic trainees (fellow,  residents, interns, medical students) and active-duty military  health care providers (doctors, nurses, corpsmen) undergoing  "just-in-time" training prior to deploying to combat environments.
