Daddy Daughter Dance
Dads, grandpas and uncles are invited to bring their daughters, granddaughters and nieces to the 28th Annual NRH Daddy Daughter Valentine's Dance on Saturday, February 2, 2019. This special evening will include dancing, refreshments, photographs and a drawing for a limo ride. The cost is $15 per person. The dance for ages 3-8 years old is 5:30-7:00 p.m. and the dance for ages 9-16 years old is from 7:30-9:00 p.m.Tickets are on sale now at the NRH Centre Guest Services Desk. No tickets will be sold at the door. For more details, please call the NRH Centre at 817-427-6600.
 

Spring Family Movie Night
Come on out to the NRH Centre Family  Movie Night on  Friday, March 29  from 7:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m. at the NRH Centre Plaza. The event is  free and for all ages and the movie will be announced soon! Bring your chairs, blankets and snacks. If inclement weather is present, the movie will be shown inside in the gym.
Richland Tennis Center
Richland Tennis Center is hosting a variety of Universal Tennis Rating Tournaments throughout the Spring! More Info Here.

Spring is a perfect time to take a walk, jog or bike ride in North Richland Hills! Did you know that  there are over 30 miles of trails that connect to parks, neighborhoods, local businesses and city facilities!  Check out this video and then check out the NRH Trail System

NRH Common Ground Spring Gardening Seminar


Please join us to learn about ways to improve and protect your landscape. The NRH 2019 Spring Gardening Seminar will be held in the Community Room at the NRH Library beginning at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, February 2. This Free seminar will include the topics: Vegetables, when to plant what, Decrease Pesticide Use, Irrigation, Better Seeds, Better Tasting Vegetables and Bring Home the Butterflies. There will be refreshments, door prizes, planting tips and handouts!
NRH Centre Dive-In Movie
Float in the NRH Centre pool while eating Mr. Gatti's pizza and Andy's Ice Cream and enjoying The Incredibles 2! Join us on Friday, February 8 for free Mr. Gatti's pizza (while supplies last) at 6:00 p.m. and the movie at 6:30 p.m. in the NRH Centre Pool at 6000 Hawk Avenue. The event is $10 per person, or $25 for a family up to 4 people. Inner tubes and noodles provided on a first come first served basis. Register online at www.nrhcentre.com  or stop by the front desk. Mayor's 5K Run & Walk 
 
Join May or  Oscar Trevino on a path to better health!  All fitness levels are encouraged to participate in the 20 19 Mayor's 5 k Run & Walk on Saturday, April 6 at 9:00  a.m. at the NRH Centre, 6000 Hawk Ave. The run/walk is $10 for all  participants and it comes with a free awesome t-shirt!   Mayor's 5K Walk Registration
Sounds of Spring Concert Series
Everyone can enjoy 6 Friday nights of live music from outstanding musicians for FREE! Plan to join us April 12 through May 17, and bring your friends and family, along with your lawn chairs and blankets out for fun, great music and relaxation under the stars! Sounds of Spring Concerts are held at the NRH City Hall, 4301 City Point Drive. Gates open at 6:00 p.m. and concerts begin at 7:00 p.m. Seating is on the lawn, so don't forget your blankets and lawn chairs. See the full line up and all the details at www.nrhtx.com/Sounds. 
Easter in the Park

Easter in the Park will take place on Saturday, April 13 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon at Green Valley Park, 7701 Smithfield Road.  Over 20,000 treat-filled eggs and prizes will cover the playing fields and there will be a petting zoo, mini-train, activities and bounce houses for lots of after-the-hunt fun. Egg hunt start times: 0-4 years old at 10:15 a.m. and ages 5-10 and special needs at 10:30 p.m. Thank you to our 2019 sponsors: the City of NRH, Life Church and Visionary Martial Arts.
