National Institute of Minority Health and Health Disparities Publishes Results From 2-Year Project
The American Journal of Public Health has published a
special issue based on NIMHD-supported projects, which has resulted in over 20 publications. These articles cover a breadth of topics ranging from adapting interventions to leveraging big data, and will serve as a valuable resource for NRMN mentees and mentors.

Dr. Roland Owens is the Director of Research Workforce, Office of Intramural Research, Office of the Director, National Institutes of Health, and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
Dr. Owens' reseach focused on adeno-associated viruses, and he has won numerous awards related to research and mentoring.
